TRAVEL

IMPORTANT DATES:

Activities will begin Tuesday, July 29 with a kick-off Happy Hour in the evening. Activities will conclude on Friday, August 1 with a closing party in the evening.

If you would like to have two days in the office working with your team before CamJam activities begin, you can arrive as early as Sunday, July 27.

All employees will leave by Saturday, August 2.

If you would like an extended stay, it must be approved via your manager. Extended hotel stay and meal plans will come from your team’s travel budget, not the CamJam budget. If this has been approved please reach out to Jared Stauffer.

TRAVEL TO HQ

You can fly, take an Amtrak train, or drive! Whatever makes the most sense.

Flights will be booked by you via Travel Perk.

If you choose to drive, you will be reimbursed for total mileage or up to the cost of a reasonable flight to and from CamJam. Please reach out to Jared Stauffer to confirm reimbursement amount.

We will organize pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport. This will be a coworker, shuttle service, or a ride share.

You will be staying at the Hyatt Place or The Graduate. Your room will be booked for you by Grace Miller.

CamJam is Tuesday, July 29 Friday, August 1.

MEALS BUDGET

Your meal budget will be calculated based on which days you will be in Lincoln for CamJam, plus travel days. The budget will be provided to you as a virtual card on Ramp.

The accounting team will add these virtual cards to your Ramp account on Wednesday, July 23. You can either add the virtual card to your Apple Pay/Google Pay or submit reimbursement requests against it. You must have your receipts to submit your expense or reimbursement. The virtual cards will be set to expire on Friday, August 29, which means you will need to have all CamJam reimbursement requests entered by then.

BOOKING FLIGHTS

You either have a Google login already or an invite in your email.

Go to your profile page and input all of your personal travel information and rewards numbers.

1. Log into TravelPerk

Book your flight directly from the CamJam 2025 Event Page in Travel Perk.

  1. Search for Round Trips from your preferred home airport to LNK or OMA.

    • Note: If a roundtrip flight to Lincoln is $200 more than one to Omaha, we’ll opt for Omaha instead. Please compare pricing before purchasing.

  2. Choose flight times that work best for you. Please pick a reasonable priced flight. Basic or Standard seating only. (Do Good)

    • If it charges you to select your seat please choose the cheapest seat when available, but it is ok to select seats as needed.

    • Luggage can be paid for at the airport and then reimbursed via Ramp.

  3. Click Add Flight to Trip

  4. Do Not add the FlexiPerk cancellation policy

  5. Do Not add a hotel. We have Hotels already booked.

  6. Review your flight info and hit Continue

  7. Pay with the “CamJam 2025" Credit Card

  8. Choose the Cost Center appropriately for your team

  9. Choose the “CamJam 2025” Label

  10. Do Not add the FlexiPerk cancellation policy
