What day should I arrive?

The earliest employees can arrive is Tuesday, July 28th. If you can't make it in that day, you can arrive throughout the week (Wednesday, July 29th or Thursday July 30th).

If you need to arrive earlier, work with your manager and Jared Stauffer for approval.

What should I pack?

Whatever you're most comfortable in! Most people dress casually each day - nothing fancy. It'll also depend on what activities you're doing throughout the week. It's always fun to bring some CoCam merch so you're easy to spot in The Haymarket.

The closing party will be Cocktail Attire - please plan accordingly.

Will there be after hours activities?

CompanyCam has two official after-hours events: the Welcome Party on Tuesday, July 28th at 7pm and the Closing Party on Thursday, July 31st at 7pm. All other CamJam events take place during the work day.

For everything else, there's plenty happening around town! Keep an eye on the After Hours page on the website and the #camjam-social Slack channel to see what people are getting into after hours.

What do I do if I can’t attend?

Please plan a normal workday unless you have PTO scheduled with your manager.

Will the presentations be recorded?

Yes, we will be recording each presentation. Each recording will be sent out the week following CamJam.

Can I stay after CamJam is over?

All employees need to depart by Saturday, August 1. Staying longer counts against your 10-day travel allotment - coordinate with your manager and Jared Stauffer.

Can I reimburse Ubers?

  • All remote employees can reimburse Ubers to/from programmed events (from 9am-5pm) but are also encouraged to carpool.

  • All employees can reimburse Ubers to/from the closing party up to $50 round trip

I’m local, do I get a per diem?

No per diem, but keep an eye out for team dinners your manager may be organizing. Lunch is provided by CompanyCam Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

How do I know what to do each day?

Take a look at the Agenda Page or your calendar for info on what’s going on each day. Grace Miller will also be sending daily updates each morning in #camjam-2026 to outline expectations for each day.

What do I need to bring (work wise)?

Wednesday and Thursday you won’t need anything. For each presentation, we will send out the content afterwards so you can look back on it.

***Check with your manager in regards to Team Time on Friday if you will need any work equipment.

How do I get to and from the airport in NE?

We will be organizing transport from the Omaha Airport to Lincoln hotels. Anyone flying into Lincoln will be able to take a ride share from the airport to their hotel or use a hotel shuttle service when available. More info on this coming on May 15th!
